Hello! My name is Charlotte and I have a few years of experience with young children. I am currently in school to become a social worker. My approach to children is very respect based. I try my best to meet every child where they are and work with both the parents and the child to figure out the best routines for them. I absolutely love my job and working with children, I feel incredibly lucky to be trusted with a child’s development and I do everything I can to honor that trust. I work with kids to meet developmental milestones, I love to get kids involved in ‘grown up’ activities (ie: cooking, cleaning, reading, dishes). I also love to get children outdoors to explore!
