When my children were very young, I was a preschool teacher. I took on a teaching roll so that my children could be with me always also to teach other children as well. I started dashing when the pandemic hit so that I could still help people in a way that had meaning and still allowed me to feel like I was doing meaningful work. I ended up enjoying it completely and made it my career. Since the severity of the pandemic has lightened so much though, the income just isn't covering the expenses I have.
