Activities that I enjoy doing with kids are different art activities. While also making sure I read to them on a daily base. Let’s not forget to work on the cognitive skills and gross motor skills. I love taking the kids to the park and visit the library. The library is like a hidden gem there’s so much information there.

The most important part is keeping the kids safe.Always stay alert no matter what. By creating a bond and building trust so that they will feel comfortable around you. Keep and update on your daily schedule. Make sure you always stay honest with these parents and kids. Stay patience and always show up on time.

I have had the opportunity to work with autism kids. What a joy to have them around.Its very impressive working with them. I want all the children to achieve and meet their goals. So therefore, I try to make them independent as possible.

Hi, I recently started officially working with kids this year. I've always been the child in the family that was too young to play with the older kids but old enough to play and WATCH the younger kids. I now work in a daycare with toddlers aged 1-3. Some days I am put with the infants and others with the 4-10 year olds. We do my own created activity plan. I like to do hands on activities that have light clean up and we love schedules and learning things like how to wash our hands, this goes for my toddlers, we start young of course. My older kids like to follow behind me ad help so i give them more advanced learning task, like if they want they can help me clean or set up and they feel important once the task is done and they are gaining healthy habits.
