A little bit about me

I love working with kids. My most recent position was as an after-school sitter for a 6-year-old boy. This position will be ending after June 15th. I have been with the family since September of 2021. The family's needs are changing so I am looking for a new regular position. I spent most of my teenage years sitting for a few different families as well as raising my youngest brother for the first 5 years of his life. I've worked with kids of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Every child is different and needs specialized care. I have a bachelor of arts in English with a minor in Theatre. I'm very creative and love to entertain. And that's no different with kids. I love to play pretend and read stories. I definitely want to be able to assist in a child's learning and creativity while caring for them. For older children I can also help with homework when needed.
