Overall watching them get excited and learn new things. My first time ever watching my younger cousin I would put him down for naps and he would sleep walk through the house, One specific afternoon I was doing some cleaning and he had gotten up took off his diaper and spreaded poo all over the walls. I was freaking out like how am I going to get this off the wall. I've since mastered cleaning walls and never let him live it down.
