The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part to being a nanny in my opinion would be to able to work under pressure. Always being aware and prepared is a close second. My reasoning being that anything can happen even if you plan to the T , that’s life, but working well under pressure can help you better manage any sticky situation. Just keep a level head and focus on finding solutions.
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have any professors experience but my nephew is autistic he’s 6 but he’s been in my family for 3 years. I have learned that I am a very patient person. He has taught me a lot about communicating effectively and being active.

My favorite time babysitting any of the kids in my family has to be when I was with my niece. She is a recent addition to the family. At 1 years old. She’s a very wild child and she hasn’t even hit 2. We were having dinner mind you she already had her milk for dinner but this girl want everybody food.
She did something new this time though she stuck one of her hands up pointed a finger at me and she said mine. I was dying laughing. Girl could barely talk and one of her first words is mine and she was so serious with it.
