I believe that the most important part of being a nanny is trust. i like to establish trust between me and the child(ren) that are in my care and between the parents and myself. To help this I always have my cell phone on me so that parents can contact me at anytime to check on their little ones.

During high school I helped with the special needs class. That class had kids with different special needs including kids with autism, down syndrome, mental disabilities and physical disabilities.
