I love keeping kids busy with fun and creative activities! Some of my favorites are arts and crafts, coloring, playing outside, going to the park, playing games, and doing fun little learning activities. I also love finding activities that match each child's interests and personality!
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working as an Instructional Aide in a moderate-to-severe autism classroom, supporting children with a variety of developmental, behavioral, and communication needs. Through this experience, I've learned how important patience, understanding, and individualized care are. I absolutely love working with children with special needs and helping them build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills. I'm also continuing my education by pursuing my master's degree in Special Education!
