Once that trust is built, everything else—learning, playing, and growing—comes naturally.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I helped a child who was really shy at first open up through a simple art activity. We started coloring together, and by the end of the day, they were laughing, showing me their drawings, and asking me to play again the next time. Seeing that kind of trust and joy build up is what makes childcare so rewarding for me.
