A little bit about me

The little one I’ve been with for the past year and a half is starting preschool soon, so I’m looking for a new full time family to work with. I’m open to 2 families part time or a nanny share if the stars align.

I’ve been nannying for 7+ years, mostly with infants and toddlers. My approach is gentle and child-led. I support exploration and help them reach their developmental milestones through routines that keep the day flowing smoothly. I enjoy incorporating outdoor play, sensory activities, reading, and engaging outings like walks, parks, music or gym classes, and story time.

I value working closely with parents as a team and being part of the family. I care about the kids I work with like they’re my own and am committed to helping them grow, learn, and thrive.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love packing a snack and taking kids to the park to play and get some outside time! I also enjoy reading and being creative with arts and crafts or imaginary play.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve been a huge help in raising my sister who has adhd, behavioral issues, and is on the spectrum. I’ve worked with other children who share the same struggles. I’m good at adapting to every child’s needs and working with the parents to be a team. I’m always willing to learn more and give suggestions with the knowledge I have.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite things is when kids get so excited to see me when I show up; they run into my arms for a hug with big smiles! Makes my heart so happy 🥰 I also love seeing babies/children light up with excitement or when the light bulb clicks for learning something new.
