One of my favorite nanny experience was caring for a bright and curious 4-year-old girl over the course of a year. We developed such a strong bond through daily routines, creative play, and our little adventures to the park and to get ice cream. Watching her grow from a toddler into a confident preschooler was incredibly rewarding. I especially loved helping her develop her language skills through storytelling and singing, and seeing her light up when she learned something new.
