"Cindy was a preschool head teacher at East Shore Child development Center in Milford, Ct, where I was her supervisor. Cindy was an amazing teacher for 2 & 1/2 to 5 year old children. She wrote, planned & carried our age appropriate and creative lesson plans. Cindy treats every child and their caregivers with total respect and acceptance and worked well with staff. Cindy has knowledge of child development which is evident in her planning & teaching, and care of children, always focusing on the individual child.
