"Clair has done some work for me a few times. It’s been a few months since i’ve needed her help which is likely why shes looking for more. She was really great with my 4 kids. She made them meals and changed the little one’s diapers. She tried her best to keep them occupied and even cleaned up the house before I returned. Ive had her there a couple times while I was working from home just to help out. Im a single dad so it was extremely helpful. I really appreciated it and she seemed to appreciate the hours. Shes really great honestly and I believe you should give her a chance. 10/10 recommend her work."

"She was always early and punctual. She naturally connected with my child and I never had any issues with her. She became like family to him and he still talks about her- just stopped needing a baby sitter. She often would do tasks outside of her duties and always came home to the house cleaner than i left it. Highly recommend 10/10!!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In the past, Ive had some experiences working with kids. I worked with a wonderful little boy in the start of this year up until the middle of last month. and last year, 2023, I worked with 4 amazing children, 3 girls and one baby boy. Each of the kids had different age ranges and in my opinion, I think I did well with each of them and was able to connect with them pretty fast!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
We could play some games outside like tag, freeze tag, etc. Indoors and outdoors we could play hide n seek with parent permission of course. If you have the supplies we could do some arts and crafts of some sort, or I could use the money I make working to purchase some things. I could also purchase some board games that the kids may enjoy and we can think of plenty other activities together. Id be willing to do whatever the kids want to do, as long as its not troublemaking! :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is getting to know the kids youre working with, ensuring their safety, and making sure theyre always content. Getting to know the kids can be very helpful as it creates a bond and connection, making them feel more safe and less fussy when parents leave. I think over time I can learn to adapt to any kid and do what it takes to get them to enjoy my company so their parents can enjoy their work, night out, or whatever it may be that they hired me for!
My experience with special needs children...
I haven’t had direct personal experience, but I know a few things and I understand children with special needs often need extra special care. If you tell me what I need to do, Ill do it and I know I can handle it. If theres ever any reason I cant, I will let you know, but I dont see there being any reason for it to go in that direction. I love all kids, regardless of disability and Ill do what it takes to keep them just as happy as any other kid. All I will need is some instruction, and if theres ever something I don’t understand, Id message ASAP. As long as everything is covered before any shifts though, I think all should be good!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was probably with a little boy aged 6, he was always so fun to be around and we were always thinking of new things to do. One time, with his parents permission we made a pillow fort in the living room and ate snacks while watching Spiderman! Afterwards, I made sure to clean everything up and had him help here and there to help him learn to clean up after himself. It was a great time!
