I have babysat a wide age range of children since I was around 12 years old and volunteered at a neurodivergent summer camp one day a week last summer. Currently, I am apart of an RSO at school called College Mentors for Kids, where once a week we meet with local elementary school kids and do activites / build strong relationships with them.
