The most important part about being a nanny...
Is working with the parents to create a stable, happy environment for the children to thrive in. It’s important to me that the parents as well as the children know that I am not only reliable, but I am also fun, trust worthy and caring. All my parents have told me that they never worried while their children were in my care, enabling them to focus on themselves, work etc. The children have always looked forward to my arrival, even asking for me to come on days I wasn’t scheduled. To me that’s the most important part of being a nanny!
