A little bit about me

I have been a professional Nanny for 10 years. I have experience with newborns-teens, as well as twins, families with multiple children.

I am trained as a postpartum Doula. I’ve worked as a household manager and personal Chef. I am extremely organized, great at making & keeping schedules, running errands, lt. housekeeping & cooking.

I love all animals, am a swimmer and currently first aid/CPR certified.I have my own car and a clean drivers license. I do not smoke.

For the past ten years, until I moved to GA in March, I was a nanny in NYC. I had four families that shared me. I did overnights with these families as well. I love engaging children in make-believe play, arts-n-crafts, cooking, reading, going on adventures!

I am a fan of music over tv! I love to dance & sing with the children as well. I turn play into learning life skills.

I am currently looking for a position Monday-Thursday afterschool/evenings and/or Friday-Sunday anytime.

Playing in playgrounds, all sports, swimming, going to museums, parks, Zoos, libraries! I Love adventure’s, arts-n-crafts, teaching cooking skills, playing games! Building forts, outdoor BBQ’s, hiking. To name a few!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is working with the parents to create a stable, happy environment for the children to thrive in. It’s important to me that the parents as well as the children know that I am not only reliable, but I am also fun, trust worthy and caring. All my parents have told me that they never worried while their children were in my care, enabling them to focus on themselves, work etc. The children have always looked forward to my arrival, even asking for me to come on days I wasn’t scheduled. To me that’s the most important part of being a nanny!

I have worked with high functioning children. As well as children with learning disabilities. I’ve worked with their tutors and parents to help create a seamless learning environment.
