She followed the family's care plan closely, communicated clearly with the parents, and brought a calm, steady presence to overnights.

My favorite nanny moment is when my little one finally said my name clearly for the 1st time. While singing songs and counting numbers while we walk to the park in his stroller he ask for his water but said my name Colleene water please and I stopped the stroller to look at him and he said it again with a smile. It was such a proud moment. You can see his confidence.
