The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is being aware of all things. Knowing the responsibilities of being a care giver to innocent souls who depend on someone they have to get to know. To be attentive, aware of all surroundings, patient, being on top of scheduling, and considering the parents wants and needs for their child’s development. Being able to be available at all times for the families needs upon hiring and being responsible employee as a helping hand as an extended family member.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience has been with autistic children. Including, children with emotional disturbances due to domestic violence trauma.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Sweet memories I have had with children I have nannied were the many art projects we did. Most fun moments were at the park using our imaginations and bringing prompts for pretend play. My ultimate favorite memories were seeing how happy their faces would get when I would let them buy something from the stores we would visit they were familiar with.
