The Auders Family
Richmond Highlands, Shoreline$25/hr  |  1 kid
About the job: We are seeking full-time care for our 5 month old baby boy beginning in January 2020. Our needs are approximately 40-45 hours per week Monday - Friday, with flexible start & end times, 8-9 hours per day sometime between 7:00am - 5:30pm. We are willing to pay $22-26/hr DOE, with a healthcare subsidy, accrued paid time off, and paid sick time. We’re located in Shoreline. **We plan to move to central Seattle in the next 3-6 months, so if our current location is a dealbreaker, let’s discuss.**

About you: Our ideal candidate is patient, a good communicator, flexible, responsible, present, engaged and playful. They should have 2-3 years of infant care experience, as well as some experience caring for toddlers. It is very important to find a nanny who is willing to cultivate a long-term loving bond with him. Reliable transport to/from the job is required. No smokers, please.

About us: We are an active and engaged family, and we focus on connected parenting and positive discipline. We work from home 1-2 days per week and have fairly flexible schedules. In our free time, we enjoy getting outdoors with the kids, and being creative through music and art. We also have a three-year-old son who attends full-time preschool and whom the nanny will only be responsible for on occasional days when he is not at school. We also have a friendly 6-year-old golden doodle who will be home with the nanny and baby, but his care needs are minimal.

We're having our first child in May 2019. We're looking for a nanny share starting August 2019. Our family is vegan so it's very important to find another vegan family to nanny share or a nanny who is supportive of vegan food. We're happy to host at our home (we do have a cat) or drop off.
The Zipperer Family
Briarcrest, Shoreline$17/hr  |  1 kid
Hello! My husband and I had our sweet baby girl in September 2019, and would like to plan ahead for a part-time nanny starting in January 2020 (she will be 5 months old).

We expect to need care 3 days per week (but may end up needing more) and would love to host in our home. We would love a Christian nanny, and a Spanish speaker would be amazing. No special tasks are necessary around the house - would just love focused care of the babies.
