I've babysat for my nephews and they are 6 and 8 years old. The youngest one has a speech impairment which makes it hard for him to communicate. We came up with other ways for him to communicate. He really enjoyed learning sign language. He now speaks from time to time. He's building up his confidence. They are such sweet kids.

Shortly after I worked for personal families around Albuquerque and had nannied 4 month old till she was 1 year.
I am a mama of a 10 month old and I currently work in the infant room at New Soul Learning Center. We have babies from 6 weeks old to 1 year. Typically around 5-8 babies at a time. I manage feedings,diapers,nap schedules,etc.
Prior to the infant room I worked in the 3 year old room. Assisted with potty training, a lot of outdoor play, fine motor skills, etc.
I am also first aid and CPR certified!
