It also means communicating openly with parents, respecting their routines and values, and caring for their children with patience, consistency, and genuine love.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments is walking into each classroom and seeing all the children from toddlers to 4 year olds run to greet me at the door. Even the infants light up, smiling and laughing as if they wish they could run over too! Moments like these remind me how special it is to build loving and trusting relationships with children.
