A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Ayana, I’m 19 years old, and I love working with kids.
As the oldest of three siblings, I’ve always been a natural helper and caregiver. My youngest sister has both epilepsy and autism, and growing up with her taught me incredible patience, understanding, and compassion all of which I bring into my childcare approach.
I also have hands-on experience working at my aunt’s home daycare, where I’ve helped care for children of different ages. That time really helped me build my confidence, especially when it comes to keeping kids safe, engaged, and happy throughout the day.

What motivates me most is knowing I can make a positive impact. I love teaching children independence, leadership, kindness, and real-life skills in fun and age-appropriate ways. I see every child as a future adult, and I take pride in helping them grow with love, structure, and support.
