I think allowing the children to process and think through their thoughts is the best quality to have. Im a very patient person and kids are way smarter than we give them credit for. They are the future but they should have the opportunity to have fun and enjoy their childhood.

I find the best feeling moments when babysitting is helping the kid get through a huge hurdle they have been struggling with such as math or a puzzle. The feeling I get when they succeed and cheer is beyond worth the time it took to pass the hurdle. It's amazing to see a kid be proud of themselves.
