She has demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our children and in keeping the house in working order. She is upbeat, trustworthy, goes above & beyond, and absolutely AMAZING with children. It is more than clear to my husband and I that working as a nanny is a passion for Cynthia. One of our favorite aspects about Cynthia’s work ethic is how she went above and beyond when unexpected! She kept a personal folder that included information about our child through the day’s which included nap times, feeding times, development & milestones reached, observations, and lesson plan’s which was more than appreciated through the years!!
