"Show moreShow lessI’ve had the pleasure of working with Cynthia at Arts & Learning Conservatory, and she is truly incredible with kids. She connects with children of all ages and backgrounds so naturally and makes them feel seen, comfortable, and excited to be there.
What stands out most is how she really understands each child as an individual. She knows how to gently support shy kids in finding their voice and how to guide more outgoing kids in a positive way. The kids genuinely love her, and you can see their confidence grow when they work with her.
She’s warm, patient, and very intuitive, and she always brings out the best in her students. Any family would be lucky to have her."

"Cynthia is a great nanny to my 10 and 13-year-old! She drives, cooks, helps with night time routines and a lot more. She cares deeply about my kids’ well-being and is highly responsible. She is very attentive to our needs while also bringing her own, fun personality to the job. Always eager to go above and beyond, Cynthia is a great addition to the family."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Beyond my nanny work, I’ve spent several years working with children through theatre education. I taught elementary and middle school students in after-school programs, where I led acting classes, guided rehearsals, and directed full productions. I also created and led workshops for children ages 5–10, focusing on voiceover, confidence, and creativity. This experience has given me a strong ability to connect with kids of different ages, keep them engaged, and create a fun but structured environment where they feel supported and excited to learn.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I naturally gravitate toward fun, hands-on activities with kids. I love doing imaginative play and pretend theatre, getting creative with arts and crafts like slime or building projects, and spending time outside playing sports or going to the park. I also really enjoy cooking and baking together, turning it into a fun activity while teaching useful skills.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is fostering a genuine connection with the child and helping them feel seen, heard, and confident enough to be themselves. When you support their development and encourage their voice, they naturally begin to build confidence and lead with kindness, while learning to respect themselves and others. I want to help children express themselves, try new things, and find their voice in a safe, supportive, and structured environment so they have the tools they need to succeed.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children with autism and children with behavioral issues.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was with a 10-year-old I worked with who was extremely shy and struggled to make friends. I slowly encouraged her to improvise in theatre class, and over time she really started coming out of her shell. When auditions came around, I pushed her to sing even though she was nervous, and she ended up being amazing and was cast in a leading role. By the performance, she was projecting confidently in front of everyone. I was so proud of how much she grew, and her parents were incredibly moved too.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Los Angeles, CA: Christina H.
Hi! My name is Christina. I am a new Healthcare Administration graduate who is responsible, caring, and dependable.
I previously worked at a Reggio Emilia school, where I was a lead teacher and primarily worked with children ages two to three. Through this experience, I learned how to use nature as a “third teacher,” encourage creativity, and let children help guide their learning through their own interests, ideas, and questions. I enjoy creating a safe and positive environment where children can explore, play, and learn at their own pace!
