Hello my name is Dahlia and I would love to be able to work with your family. Even tho I am only 16 I am mature for my age and I’ve always had a good relationship and bond with children. All of my siblings and cousins are younger so I am used to having to take charge. Most teens are always on there phones, even when they have other responsibilities. I would make sure to pay close attention to your child at all times and also actually play with them instead of just throwing them a toy and calling it good. I am a fun kind person but I also know when I need to be strict and take charge.
