What I love most about being a child care worker is the impact I make. I believe that kids are little people with big emotions. And it can be hard feeling more than you can say. Being able to let a child know that that they are heard and seen, and then actually seeing the difference makes it’s everything to me. I hope I can continue working in this field for a long time!
