I did volunteer work for children. I house-sat for 2 days and every other weekend, which involved providing meals, cleaning, putting them to bed, bathing them, and accompanying them while we were out.

The most important part about being a nanny...
In my opinion, the most important part of being a nanny is not only meeting the children's needs but also providing parents with a sense of relief and relaxation, knowing that their children are safe and well cared for. There are times when parents may need a break or have a busy schedule. Although I am not a parent myself, I understand that a mother's or father's love is everlasting, and it is truly reassuring for them to know that their child is being well looked after by someone they trust.
The most important part about being a nanny...
A funny moment I experienced while watching one of the children was when I noticed his adaptation to learning the names of new movies he hadn't known just a few months ago. It was both hilarious and admirable to hear him pronounce them confidently, despite being unfamiliar with them before.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to: driving the kids to school and activities, preparing meals, and light cleaning (dishes, laundry, vacuuming). I enjoy taking them to the libraries, parks, splash pads, and on playdates with other nannies.
I have an authoritative care approach. Connection, then correction. Your children’s emotions will not be neglected, but I will set firm boundaries when needed. I revert to a timeout only if the child is being physically hurtful to myself or others.
My schedule is very flexible. I oftentimes work late nights, and occasionally on weekends.
