I went recently to nanny for a family with two little girls about 6 months and 3 years. The littlest was sleeping and we started doing a craft while mom and dad finished getting ready. Mind you, her parents said she struggled with new people and this was only the second time I took care of them. The 3rd old said to her dad when he sat down by her, “you can go now, bye dad”. This made my heart so happy.
