A little bit about me

Hello! I am currently residing in Norwalk, but am moving to South Pasadena in August. My passion is working with children. I have an educational background in church ministry with an emphasis in child development. I also took a few classes in teaching. In my most recent job, I was a nanny for a three month old boy! The only reason I am leaving is because of our move. A little more about me : I was a manager at the YMCA for an after school program where I developed STEM-focused, integrative programming for 4-12 year olds. I also managed three employees and facilitated relationships between parents, school staff, and the YMCA executives. I also have a minor in Spanish and am an intermediate Spanish speaker. On site at the YMCA, I worked with only Spanish-speaking families. I have experience working with babies and infants all the way to teenagers. On a personal level, I have a passion for caring and developing children and am looking for the right family!
