I've worked at an in-home, play-based, child-led, family daycare for the past 4 years where we spent up to 9 hours outside (even meals!) everyday as long as the weather permitted.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to sing songs, have dance parties, play board games, card games, sports. Art is also very fun for me. Children need to spend time outdoors, getting messy, discovering new things, and just good ol'fashioned play are all essentials in childhood so I plan on spending plenty of time in the great outdoors!
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have much experience with special needs. The most being caring for a few children that had some autism characteristics, but I would love to learn more about the special needs that different children have and how to care for them with what they need.
