My experience with special needs children...
I grew up helping my aunt with my cousin who is also a special needs child and he was very easy to deal with and he enjoys my company. Also one of my older cousins youngest sons has autism and he does not really like to talk to anyone or anything like that but when I come around I have activities that help him learn, understand and comprehend others in a positive way.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I was babysitting this little girl who enjoyed dancing and singing so I would dance and sing with her and it was fun and it made us laugh.
