Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was the Primary (children's group) president in my church for several years. I also taught the 3 year olds later in church. I nannied for 4 boys in Scottsdale for one year, and nannied in Gilbert recently until I began working at the high school.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like keeping the tv off because there are so many fun things to do with kids, like going for walks, making play-dough, baking, decorating cookies, reading books, going hiking on the San Tans, singing along to nursery rhymes & kids' songs; playing with water and cups/containers outside, planting & growing seeds, painting and doing crafts, finger games such as Itsy Bitsy Spider and 10 Little Indians, playing Duck Duck Goose, Hide and Seek, Tag, and even having classical music playing in the background while coloring.

My favorite nanny moment was when the little boy I was watching was in his walker, and we had kids' songs playing, and I kept hiding around corners and he'd come find me. He laughed so hard every time, and then he'd roll away so that I'd chase him. His laugh just made me laugh too, it was so cute!
