The most important part of being a nanny with a newborn is ensuring the baby's safety, health, and well-being at all times. This includes feeding, changing, soothing, and nurturing the newborn with patience and care. Additionally, supporting the parents during this transitional period and maintaining open communication with them about the baby's routine and needs is crucial.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with an infant that was on oxygen and feeding tube 24/8. I have worked with twins. One of the twins was treated for eating therapy, speech therapy and social therapy.
