I’m a caring and patient person who really enjoys spending time with children. I’ve always enjoyed helping take care of my nieces and nephews and spending time with them. Since they recently moved away, I thought babysitting would be a nice way to continue doing something I genuinely enjoy. I’m responsible, easygoing, and happy to help wherever I can. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve babysat my nieces and nephews for 5–6 days at a time, ranging from about 2 to 13 years old. I helped with meals and snacks, diaper changes, nap time, bedtime, cleaning up, and keeping them entertained throughout the day. I really enjoyed spending time with them and making sure they were happy, safe, and taken care of.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

For indoor activities, I really enjoy doing crafts with kids, like painting, drawing, and Play-Doh. I also enjoy playing toys with them or joining in on whatever they’re interested in. For outdoor activities, id do things like playing tag, having little races, doing cartwheels or handstands, and coming up with fun games, like seeing how many flowers we can find in a minute to give to their mom

The most important part about being a nanny...

making sure the children feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while their parents are away while making sure they have a good time and something fun and exciting to tell there parents when they get home

My experience with special needs children...

My nephew who is now 3 doesn’t talk much and uses sounds or hand movements to say what he needs but otherwise I’d say no not really

The most important part about being a nanny...

My nephew was 2 at the time, and he made up this little game . He would give me a big smile and laugh , run over and give me a big hug, making a silly exaggerated sound as he ran into my arms. Then he’d run back to where he started and do it all over again, giggling the whole time. It made me smile every single time.
