Hello, my name is Debbie, I am a 58 yr old mom of 3 grown children ,, and granmom of 10,grandchildren.
I always babysat for families as a teenager, I raised 3 children of my own ,and always have my grandchildren when I'm needed
I have always loved children, I am a firm believer in, your children will do what they see, so if good behavior, and motivation skills are applied, they will follow
They are like sponges they absorb what they see
I also start teaching them from infants to know ,kindness, manners & respect, along with early learning of letters & numbers & reading aloud with them, but I also do hands on with fun times , like board games, ,park or outside time,arts & crafts
If any discipline needs to occur, I use time out method,, also homework if needed
