More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve always had a genuine love for working with children and watching them grow. My mom is a kindergarten teacher, so I grew up helping in her classroom and learning how to connect with young learners. For over five years, I’ve been a swim instructor, teaching children of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs. I’ve also worked as a day camp counselor for kindergarten through second grade and have years of babysitting experience. I love creating a fun, supportive environment where kids can learn, feel confident, and have fun along the way!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Since I’m a swimmer and swim instructor, getting in the water with kiddos is one of my favorite things to do! I also love painting, baking, and spending time outdoors—anything that gets kids’ brains and bodies active, engaged, and happy. Working with children truly brings me joy, and I love helping them learn, grow, and have fun along the way!

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is having a genuine love for the children you care for—building a real connection with them and making their time away from mom and dad as fun, happy, and safe as possible.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with a wide range of children with special needs through my experience as a swim instructor and camp counselor. I’ve had the opportunity to teach non-verbal toddlers as well as children up to age eleven with autism. I’ve also worked with children and teens with Down syndrome up to age seventeen in the pool. I truly love teaching and connecting with every child I work with—it brings me genuine happiness, and I approach each lesson with patience, understanding, and encouragement.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite memory was when the little girl I was watching and I decided to play with her chickens in the backyard. Out of nowhere, the sprinklers came on and completely soaked us! Luckily, it was a hot summer day, so we just laughed and turned it into a fun little adventure.
