During COVID, I started my first payed babysitter job, I cared for a 3-year-old girl full-time as her babysitter. I also started watching a 4-month-old baby who’s now 1 year old—I still care for her occasionally, but her mom is now able to stay home more. Outside of that, I’ve always helped take care of younger family members like my baby cousins, nieces, nephews, and siblings, so caregiving has always come naturally to me.
