I’ve worked in healthcare for over 10 years, mostly as a medical assistant across various specialties, including a year in pediatrics. The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when the 5-year-old I care for, who’s learning about kindness, surprised me with a bag of cookies and thanked me for helping her mom. It was such a sweet gesture that made me feel truly appreciated. I also care for her 8-month-old sister, and being able to gently soothe her to sleep was incredibly rewarding. These small moments remind me why I love what I do.
