The most important part about being a nanny...

A child that I cared for was in the potty training process and we made a reward system for him going to the restroom. As I was cleaning up his play area he came running into the room yelling that he had gone poopy in the potty, but was holding a pull-up full of poop. I disposed of the soiled pull up and went to the restroom to find the tiniest little turd floating around in the toilet bowl. He had the biggest smile on his face and he was so proud of himself, I gave in and gave him a reward for his efforts.
