Hi, my name is Desiree! I'm an outgoing, responsible, and caring person. I am currently a college student majoring in child studies. I've worked as a youth/ social worker. I was responsible for creating & monitoring the kids activities, keeping them occupied & entertained, & cooking and cleaning up after them. The kids ages ranged from 5 to 17. I also have experience with younger children starting at the age of 2 months. While I was in high school, I was apart of the "friendship club" which is a club that interacts and does crafts with the special needs kids in my school. I love going to parks, museums, libraries and fun events with the kids. Or just playing games outdoors/ inside, doing experiments, arts & crafts, baking, etc :)

I think the most important thing about being a nanny is the connection you build with each child, as well as the family. Our younger years tend to shape our older years, so that is very important. As well as being a good role model.
