The most important part about being a nanny is remembering you are watching over someone else's world. You are caring for a human being that is not your own but you need to care and treat them like they are your own. I could not imagine if I sent my child to a nanny and she was mistreated. A child's needs are to be met and cared for at all times. It is important to help them grow and succeed every single day.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have any experience with special needs children. I would imagine to have an immense amount of patience, be very attentive, and listen to them. I know and understand that special needs sometimes is harder than others but every child needs love, affection, and attention.
The most important part about being a nanny...
A memorable moment with my child is anytime that we take her out to do something she enjoys. She loves the park, the zoo, and being with family. I love to see how smart and caring she is with others. She just wants to hug and be sweet with other children.
