More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Relevant experience where I also cared for children includes my current role as a Lead Teacher for 2-year-olds, plus time spent in a preschool classroom with 3–5-year-olds — which is where I have the most experience. Over the past 3 years, I’ve been trained in every age group, from infants to school-age, and have also babysat for families with little ones of all ages. Whether I’m teaching, playing, or just being their safe person, I love creating a space where kids feel happy, loved, and free to be themselves.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include hands-on crafts, outdoor play, creating simple learning games that make them excited to try new things, and working through learning workbooks I hand-tailor for each child. I also love sensory play, dancing around to music, and finding little everyday moments to teach new skills in a natural, playful way.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, loved, and totally themselves — whether that’s giggling during a silly game, figuring out something new, or just needing a snuggle on a rough day. I want to be their safe person, the one they know will cheer them on and show up for them every single time. And for parents, I want them to feel 100% confident that their babies are cared for like my own. To me, it’s not just clocking in and out — it’s becoming part of their little world and helping it shine.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment actually comes from my current job as a Lead Teacher. One of my sweetest memories is seeing a shy child who barely spoke on their first day open up over time, start joining activities, and proudly show me their work. Watching that kind of growth and knowing I played a part in building their confidence is exactly why I love working with kids.

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Available in Chandler, AZ: Lesly G.
Hello,
My name is Lesly but I go by Les! I am currently an undergrad student at Arizona State University. I am specializing in Pre-law and officially in my 3rd year! Education for me is extremely important and a privilege to have. Apart from school and homework I enjoy surrounding myself with loved ones and things that I love to do. I prefer to do the normal boring activities, such as hiking running, and any type of board games. I also prefer to always surround myself with love and peace. Therefore, working with children is extremely rewarding to me. The past 2 years working with children has helped me understand and grow differently as a person. Caring and helping children while being a positive influence in their lives develops a deep sense of purpose. Not only is it important to help them learn and grow but it is also important for you to learn and grow a little from them.
Thank You!
