Some of my favorite things to do are spending time outside, going on little adventures, watching movies, playing hide-and-seek, playing with dolls, having dance parties, and of course making them laugh!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think one of the most important parts of being a nanny is the relationship you build with the children and family. I still remember the nannies I had growing up, and the bonds I formed with them were so meaningful and lasting. Having someone who makes you feel safe, cared for, and understood can make such a difference in a child’s life, and I think that connection matters just as much to the nanny as it does to the family!
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nannying memories was putting a sprinkler under the trampoline on a hot summer day and spending hours laughing, playing games, and jumping around together. Afterward, we had ice cream, watched movies, and then went back outside to jump on the trampoline again in our pajamas. It was such a simple but special day, and we all slept very well that night!
