The most important part about being a nanny...
I remember I was taking care of a few of these kids at my church . There was this one little girl that was very shy because it was her first time and a lot of the kids were already in their own little friend groups. I went up to her and she was practically hiding from me. I was very patient with her and I told her I could be her friend. She came out and she started talking to me. Then I introduced her to some other kids her age to play with and she broke out her shell that day. Ever since that she’s always been calling me her big sister and best friend which to me warms my heart so much. :)
