I think the most important apart about being a nanny is that the child/parents feel comfortable and safe! I think growing a bond is such an important thing not just with the parent but with the family!

My favorite nanny moment is every time I left one of my homes their child would always cry and want me to stay, I thought that was special because it meant I had a good bond with the child and all she wanted was to hang out with me more. It felt good knowing that a little human could love me that much!
