I enjoy interacting with families helping to assist them with their childcare needs. I have an abundance of experience with caring for children at various ages and abilities. I have work as an educator, certified by the State of Ohio for a number of years. I have cared for children with a variety of needs from toddlers to teens. I believe that needs of the family should be discussed thoroughly and agreed upon, as each family is unique. This practice of open communication with parents is vital. So, in short, I believe that keeping open lines of communication will enable me to provide the child/children the adequate care they need in a caring, nurturing and safe environment.
