A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Diane. I just moved to
Prescott Az. with my husband of 27 years. We have two grown kids and 2 sweet pups! I have been nannying for the past 12 years. I have also worked in Special Education with the SUSD and the PVSD down in the Scottsdale AZ area. . I love to sing ,dance , read and take the littles on walks. I also do lots of education with them as well. I am a very fun, engaging , honest individual looking for a new family. I am looking to stay in Prescott area. We live in Prescott Lakes. I’m looking for at least 15 hours per week, but would rather stay at 30 hours per week M-F . I am open for a few date nights as well. I have wonderful letters of recommendation I would be happy to share with you. I am CPR / first aid certified and up to date on all vaccines. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have two children. They are now grown. I was stay at home Mom for 14 1/2 years and I volunteered at their school several times per week. Once they started middle school, I got a position in special ed at SUSD 3 yrs . I have been nannying for the past 12 years in different family households.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to incorporate education throughout the day. Love to sing dance take walks when weather permits. Of course, lots of crafts games and coloring with the older kiddos

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe that finding a great fun loving family is my most important part about being a nanny. Open communication with the parents is key.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with special-needs preschool children for three years. I was also a one-on-one with a kindergarten boy for half a year.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a long-term family - They finally had their baby girl ! Move on a couple years. I was their mommy‘s helper every summer and I got to help out with potty training. once she was fully potty trained, we got to go to target to pick some underwear out for her. princess ones of course!! She was so proud. It was a great moment. I’ll never forget it.:)
