One of my favorite memories as a nanny was helping the children decorate the house for a surprise party for their parents. We spent a few days on making decorations, getting everything ready, and keeping the surprise a secret! Seeing how proud and excited the kids were when their parents walked in made it such a special moment. A great reminder of how meaningful it is to create happy memories.
