I was a caregiver in an infant and toddler daycare. I have been a nanny for children 3 months to 5 yrs for various families over the past 18 yrs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy taking children to museums, play dates, parks, and the library. In the summer water activities, in the winter playing in the snow, on raining days splashing in puddles or doing art and craft activities. I really enjoy helping kids zone in on creative play rather it's with cars and trucks, dolls to dress up or using boxes to create a fort.

what matters most to me about being a nanny is 1)loving a child, providing a safe environment to explore and learn and grow to independence with confidence and 2) giving parents a sense of peace knowing their child is in excellent care and allowing them to be better parents by taking some of the day-to-day stress off their minds.

My favorite nanny moment is seeing a child master something for the first time. everything from first word, first steps, or mastering a puzzle.
