My experience in child care began when I was 17, almost 18, when I started nannying for a family friend. That was about 10 years ago, and it was a wonderful introduction to the field—it's where my passion for nannying really began. From there, I went on to work in group homes, which gave me valuable experience with children in different settings. After that, I transitioned into education and taught second grade. I'm currently working as a nanny for a family; however, the position has not turned out to be the right fit, and I'm now looking for a new opportunity that aligns better with my strengths and goals.
